Working Principle
This series of units are engineered for materials with poor fluidity and dual-purpose powder and granule packaging. Utilizing a belt feeding method, the system performs graded feeding into the weighing hopper or packaging bag. The feeding belt automatically stops when the packaging material reaches the set value. The bag gripper opens automatically, the material bag is conveyed away, and sealing is completed with manual assistance.

System Overview
The belt packing machine consists of an automatic quantitative packing scale (including storage hopper, feeder, weighing bucket bag clamping, kneading mechanism, computer control, pneumatic components) and optional components (including conveyor machine, sewing machine, or welding machine). The system employs screw or belt feeding with material forced out by the feeding mechanism.
