Working Principles
This quantitative packaging weighing unit is specifically designed for granular materials and small particles with good fluidity and minimal dust. Feeding is controlled by pneumatic arc door or vibration, with sensor feedback signals managing the process. Material is graded into the weighing bucket or packaging bag, and when the set weight is reached, feeding stops. The bag clamper automatically opens, and the bag is conveyed away with sealing.
